「法勝苑」原名「香雲居」，成立於 2010年，經過多年的努力終於2011年落成，并于2015年9月19日，在諸山長老的見證之下，正式供養以柔佛州寧心寺住持為首之僧團。
「法勝苑」秉持尊重三寶的信念，積極推動「敬僧護僧」的理念，並鼓勵將佛法落實在日常生活中。
Dhamma-Vijaya 佛教中心的前身是 Gandharama。Gandharama 佛教中心始建于 2010 年，经过多年的努力，终于在 2011 年竣工。2015年9月19日，"甘达拉玛 "在僧伽长老昭坤庆（Wat Pa Santi住持）的带领下接受了捐赠，并在众多僧伽长老的见证下落成。
Dhamma-Vijaya 将始终坚持并与三宝同在。我们将始终尊重和支持僧伽，并在日常生活中遵循佛陀的教诲。
